Continuous and comprehensive evaluation is the best way to make human

The successful people in the world who failed in the school examination and passed in the life examination, all have become the ideal for the world .Today, we see that so many people have become passed in the school exams with meritorious marks, but have failed in the life exam. They could not tackle their problems because they do not have the proper tackling capacity.

            Man is losing life skills nowadays. Especially, well educated people, they don’t have the power to overcome crisis .These things are very dangerous for our future generation. If you want to avoid all this then you will have to implement continues and comprehensive evaluation in our primary education effectively.

            There is saying that, if you have the objectives for one year then plant flowers .If you have a plan for a decade then plant trees and if you have the plan for next generation then make a good man to man. The best way to make good man to man then implement continues and comprehensive evaluation in our education system effectively.

              At least in the primary education should not be for getting marks or making pass or fail to student because we have to make them to able for living life with skills.

           Harward Gardner the famous educationist said that, “the intelligence is not genetic, it can be developed “.Every person in this world has the specific intelligence but we have to develop it.”

                     If you have fear about anything then you cannot get it in your whole life. That’s why, to remove fear about education or some subjects such as math’s and increase self confidence in the child use such education system. The punishment affects the child’s mind a lot of. It is assumed a big punishment to have a fail in school exam. The teacher who handles the results of Children’s is not aware about this punishment. Dr Paul Macclin has put a theory it’s called ‘theory of downshifting’. In this theory he said, If you punish to the child in your classroom before his classmates, the body of the child starts transforming blood to the fields of emotion, this time emotional work is starts and intellectual work stops and in such period child’s brain cannot work properly and such incident happened with him .The child can loss his confidence and such strokes are very big for tender mind. To avoid all this we should implement continuous and comprehensive evaluation system effectively.

It is true that, some students in primary level are always regular in the school, but they cannot read or solve some basic mathematical examples .The reason is many teachers are always applying equality in their daily teaching .We are neglecting the needs of our child and providing them knowledge which is over of their capacity. The result is, children cannot support of your teaching.

                 Teacher will become successful when he will use equity in his teaching .We see that, hundred percent  students cannot solve the homework which is provided, because homework can be over for children. In the classroom there are various level students without knowing their learning capacity if you are giving them such homework surely, they will never complete.

                The days, months and years passes away but some students cannot get proper knowledge. At the end they loose theirs hopes about learning. To avoid this we should try to know their short comings. If you are successful doing this, automatically you will get the success in your teaching.

             Every teacher teaches to students from the bottom of the heart, but without using equity in his teaching he cannot get the success for getting success in our teaching, let we use the equity not the equality and to make to the man let’s use the continues and comprehensive evaluation system, because next generation should be pass in their life.
